  The first and only time I ever went to Insomnia, the store was dark, their 'open' sign was off, and there was a girl inside vacuuming. I assumed they were closed and wanted to leave, even though they should have been open according to their posted hours. My husband wanted to make sure and asked the vacuuming if they were open, and she smarted off saying, "The hours are on the door!" Every other sign indicated they were closed, and her attitude indicated that she was a smart mouthed brat that wanted to fumble around all day instead of serving customers. Cookies are too easy to come by to go back to a place like that!
